Terms & Conditions

The rules for using aiappsevaluator.com. Mostly this comes down to one idea: the reviews here are one person's tested opinion, and the buying decision stays yours.

Last updated: 16 August 2026 Effective: 16 August 2026 Version 1.0
The short version

What this comes down to

  • Reviews are opinion based on hands-on testing, not guarantees of results.
  • I sell nothing. Every purchase happens on the vendor's site under their terms.
  • Many links are affiliate links. That never changes a score.
  • Prices, features, and bonuses change without notice — verify on the vendor's page.
  • Don't scrape, republish, or misrepresent the content here.

1. Accepting these terms

By using aiappsevaluator.com you agree to what follows. If any part of it doesn't work for you, the remedy is simple: stop using the site. There is no account to close and nothing to cancel.

"I" and "me" mean the site operator, publishing under the name My AI Experience. "You" means anyone using the site.

2. What this site is

This is an independent editorial site publishing reviews of AI tools and software. It is not owned by, endorsed by, or officially connected to any vendor reviewed here. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

Nothing is sold on this site. There is no checkout, no cart, and no account.

3. How reviews work

Every review reflects hands-on testing on a real project, at a specific point in time, on a specific plan. Scores are my judgement. Someone with different needs, a different budget, or a different skill level could reasonably reach a different conclusion — and should.

Software changes fast. A tool that scored well in one release may improve or get worse in the next. Prices, plan limits, and bonus offers change without notice, and launch pricing usually expires. Always verify current details on the vendor's own page before buying.

If something here is out of date, tell me through the contact page. Corrections get priority.

4. Not professional advice

Content here is for general information. It is not legal, financial, tax, investment, or business advice, and no result is promised. Any earnings, time savings, or output shown in a review are what happened in my test, not what will happen in yours.

Business results depend on your market, your skill, your effort, and factors neither of us controls. Treat every figure as an illustration, never a forecast.

5. Affiliate relationships

Many outbound links here are affiliate links, meaning I may earn a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. This is disclosed on every page and explained in full on the affiliate disclosure page.

Commission does not buy a score. A tool that fails the test gets a low score and a pointer to something better, regardless of what its program pays.

6. Vendors and purchases

Every purchase is a contract between you and the vendor, governed by the vendor's terms, privacy policy, and refund policy. I am not a party to it.

That means I cannot process a refund, recover a lost login, restore an account, extend a trial, or resolve a billing dispute. Those go to the vendor or the checkout platform you paid through — JVZoo, WarriorPlus, ClickBank, Stripe, PayPal, or whoever appears on your receipt.

Before buying anything reviewed here, read the vendor's refund policy. Launch-period software often has stricter refund terms than a normal subscription.

7. Bonuses

Where a bonus is offered for buying through a link on this site, the terms stated on that page apply. Bonuses are typically delivered by email after the vendor confirms the sale and the refund window behaves normally.

A bonus can be withheld or withdrawn if the purchase is refunded, reversed, or charged back, if the affiliate credit does not register because cookies were blocked or cleared, or if the offer has ended. Vendor-supplied bonuses are the vendor's responsibility to deliver, not mine.

If you bought through a link here and a bonus did not arrive, email me with your receipt and I will look into it.

9. Content ownership

The reviews, scores, screenshots, layout, and code on this site are mine unless credited otherwise. You may quote a short passage with clear attribution and a link back. You may not republish full reviews, scrape the site in bulk, feed it to a scraper for redistribution, or present the content as your own.

Vendor logos, product screenshots, and trademarks remain the property of their owners and appear here for review and commentary purposes.

10. Acceptable use

Don't use this site to break the law, to harass anyone, to distribute malware, or to interfere with how the site runs. Specifically, don't:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its hosting
  • Run automated scrapers, crawlers, or bulk downloaders beyond normal search engine indexing
  • Submit false correction reports or abusive messages through the contact form
  • Impersonate me, or claim a review endorses a product it does not

11. What you send me

If you send a message, a correction, a testimonial, or a screenshot, you confirm you have the right to send it and you give me permission to use it to improve or correct the site. Testimonials may be quoted with your first name and initial unless you ask otherwise.

How your message is stored and deleted is covered in the privacy policy.

12. No warranty

This site is provided as-is. I make no promise that it will be available without interruption, that every detail is current, or that it is free of errors. I test carefully and correct quickly, but I am one person and mistakes happen.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from a purchase you made after reading it — including lost profits, lost data, wasted spend, or business interruption.

You are responsible for your own buying decisions. Read the vendor's terms, check the refund window, and buy what fits your situation.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [your country or state], and any dispute will be handled by the courts there.

Replace the bracketed text with your actual jurisdiction before publishing. An unfilled governing-law clause is worse than no clause, because it signals the document was never read.

15. Changes

These terms can change. The date at the top of the page changes with them, and continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised version.
